Role & responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day hospital operations across all departments.
Ensure smooth patient flow from admission to discharge.
Manage hospital budgets, control expenses, and improve cost efficiency.
Coordinate with clinical and non-clinical staff for effective functioning.
Monitor
inventory & procurement
to prevent shortages or excess.
Conduct regular
staff training & performance evaluations
.
Resolve patient grievances and ensure high patient satisfaction.
Prepare and analyze
MIS reports
for top management.
Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and service providers.
Oversee
procurement process, vendor negotiations, and cost control
.
Monitor
expiry dates, batch tracking, and storage conditions
.
