Job Description: You will be responsible for supporting hospital consultancy projects by utilizing your expertise in hospital operations and accreditation processes. Your main tasks will involve assessing, planning, and implementing operational improvements while ensuring compliance with NABH standards. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct operational assessments of hospitals, covering administration, clinical, and support services. - Guide hospitals in achieving and maintaining NABH accreditation through gap analysis, documentation, training, and audit preparation. - Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to enhance efficiency, patient safety, and service quality. - Support hospital leadership in performance monitoring, process optimization, and strategic planning. - Provide consultancy reports and recommendations tailored to client requirements. Qualifications Required: - 5-8 years of relevant experience in healthcare operations and accreditation processes. - Familiarity with NABH standards and processes. Please note that this is a full-time position with work location required in person.,
