Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter (International BPO Hiring)

Location:

Job Overview:

HR Recruiters

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing & Screening

Source candidates from different job portals ( Naukri, Monster, Shine, LinkedIn, etc.)
Conduct initial screening to evaluate candidate suitability
Perform job postings across various portals and social platforms

Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with shortlisted candidates
Coordinate with hiring managers and follow up with candidates
Conduct telephonic interviews when required

Recruitment Operations

Handle offer letter follow-ups and joining confirmation
Manage documentation and on boarding processes
Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
Negotiate salaries with selected candidates

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Minimum
1 year of experience in International BPO recruitment
Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and hiring tools
Excellent English communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to shortlist and identify the right candidate fit
Hands-on experience in job portals and sourcing platforms
Strong negotiation and coordination skills
Ability to work under deadlines
Immediate joiners preferred
