Handle end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and follow-ups.
Understand job descriptions and client requirements across various domains.
Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, Shine, etc.), social media, and internal databases.
Conduct initial screening to evaluate communication skills, experience, and suitability.
Schedule interviews and maintain candidate communication throughout the hiring cycle.
Build and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
Meet daily/weekly targets and maintain reports.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
Minimum HSC/Graduate (Any stream)
Experience:
02+ years (Freshers with good communication are welcome
Skills Required:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of job portals and sourcing techniques
Ability to multitask and work under pressure
Self-motivated and target-driven attitude
