HR Recruiter BPO Hiring (Experienced)

Job Summary:

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Manage
volume hiring
for BPO customer support roles (voice, non-voice, blended).
Source candidates using job portals, social media, referrals, and other innovative channels.
Conduct
telephonic and face-to-face interviews
to assess communication, skills, and cultural fit.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
Maintain candidate database and track recruitment metrics (TAT, selection ratio, joining ratio).
Ensure an excellent
candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Stay updated on BPO industry trends, talent availability, and best recruitment practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience
in
HR recruitment
, with a strong focus on
BPO hiring/volume hiring
.
Strong English communication skills (verbal & written).
Proven ability to handle
high hiring volumes
within tight deadlines.
Proficiency in using
job portals (Naukri, Shine, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.)
and applicant tracking systems.
Good stakeholder management and interpersonal skills.
Flexible, target-driven, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred:

Prior experience in
mass hiring drives / walk-in interviews
.
Familiarity with
bulk hiring for customer support roles
in voice & non-voice processes.
Exposure to BPO or staffing industry recruitment.
