Job Description:
We are hiring Process Associates for top-tier multinational companies (MNCs) known for their dynamic work environment and global client base. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in Customer service (Non voice profiles) & Semi technical customer support profiles.
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Minimum HSC (12th Pass) / Graduate / Undergraduate (as per process requirement).
Experience: 0 to 4 years (Freshers and Experienced candidates welcome)
Communication Skills:
Good command over English (mandatory).
Technical Skills (for certain roles):
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, CRM tools).
Typing speed of 25-30 WPM with accuracy (for non-voice roles).
Shift Flexibility:
Willingness to work in rotational shifts Mostly night shifts (24x7 process).
Week off will be rotational.
Salary & Benefits:
CTC: Up to 3.5 LPA (based on process & experience)
