Job Role: IDFC First Bank - Personal Loan Lead Generation Executive

Location:

We are seeking motivated and enthusiastic individuals to join our Personal Loan Lead Generation team at IDFC First Bank. The role involves generating quality leads for personal loans through outbound calls and customer engagement. Candidates with good communication skills and a passion for sales are encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities:

Generate leads for personal loans through outbound calling and other channels
Explain loan products and eligibility criteria to potential customers
Maintain records of customer interactions and update lead status in the system
Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth conversion of leads
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professionalism in all interactions

Requirements:

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome
Strong verbal communication skills in English and Hindi
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Compensation & Benefits:

Salary (Fresher):
15,000 (in-hand)
Salary (Experienced):
25,000 CTC / 20,500 in-hand
Incentives:
Unlimited performance-based incentives
Shift Timings:
9:30 AM 6:30 PM or 10:00 AM 7:00 PM
Weekly Off:
Sunday fixed
