Job Description

Role & Responsibilities: Handling outbound and inbound calls. Handle customer queries via phone calls to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner. Meet daily targets set by the company for sales performance. Handle outbound calls to generate leads for insurance sales, credit card sales, and BFSI products. Preferred candidate profile: 0-1 year of experience in BPO, call center, or related field (freshers can also apply). Strong problem-solving skills to handle multiple queries simultaneously. Excellent communication skills Undergraduate or all Graduate. Salary: 12K to 25K CTC (Plus Incentives) depend on interview.
