Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound/outbound calls and respond to customer queries related to broadband and Wi-Fi issues.
Provide Level 1 technical support for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of internet connectivity issues.
Escalate complex issues to Level 2 technical teams as needed.
Log, track, and follow up on customer issues using ticketing tools.
Deliver excellent customer service while meeting quality, productivity, and turnaround time targets.
Guide customers through step-by-step solutions via voice or semi-voice channels (chat/email).
Document interactions accurately and ensure resolution timelines are met.

Required Skills & Experience:

13 years of experience
in technical support (preferably in broadband or Wi-Fi-related troubleshooting).
Strong knowledge of network basics (modems, routers, IP addressing, etc.).
Familiarity with common ISP troubleshooting tools and procedures.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to explain technical concepts in a user-friendly manner.

Eligibility Criteria:

Education:
B.E./B.Tech (Mandatory)
Candidates must have prior
technical support experience
(broadband/Wi-Fi domain preferred).
Must be comfortable working in a
voice/semi-voice process
and in rotational/night shifts.
