As a Japanese Bilingual Manager at Accenture Health & Public Services, you will have the opportunity to work on transformation strategies for global clients in an inclusive and collaborative environment. You will be part of a team that helps clients make a meaningful impact on patients' lives through New Science, novel medical technologies, and better collaboration. Your main responsibilities will include: - Supporting small to medium-size teams in delivering management consulting projects for global clients - Helping define commercial strategy, strategy implementation, market scoping, customer journeys, go-to-market strategy, and process improvement - Contributing as part of pursuit teams, developing proposals, and supporting the global sales team to win potential opportunities within the practice - Building the practice and tracking metrics, developing assets and methodologies, conducting research, and creating internal tools or materials for the larger community - Acquiring skills that are useful across Health industry groups - Drawing insights from complex financial and quantitative analysis to drive strategy and solution development - Managing proposals and business development efforts, coordinating with colleagues to create deliverables - Executing a transformational change plan aligned with clients' business strategy - Demonstrating sales acumen by applying client knowledge and Accenture sales processes to structure high-impact solutions - Leading presentations for the entire project with the client, advocating a point of view and addressing difficult questions during presentations Qualifications required for this role include: - Health Industry expertise (optional) on how care delivery is managed across different settings and channels - Proven team handling skills with an ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders - Ability to solve complex business problems and deliver client delight - Strong writing skills to build point of views on current industry trends - Good analytical and problem-solving skills with an aptitude to learn quickly - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills - Cross-cultural competence with an ability to thrive in a dynamic environment In addition to the above, you should possess: - Full-time graduate/post-graduate degree, MBA is good to have - 8-13 years of experience in progressive business and/or consulting experience - Experience in areas like Digital Transformation, Value transformation, Performance Improvement, Technology Platforms, Data and Analytics, Public Health - JLPT certified N1/N2 - Proven success in client-facing roles for 3-4 engagements What's in it for you - An opportunity to work on transformative projects with key G2000 clients - Potential to co-create with leaders in strategy, industry experts, and business intelligence professionals - Ability to embed responsible business practices into everything you do - Personalized training modules to develop your skills and industry knowledge - Opportunity to thrive in a culture committed to equality and boundaryless collaboration About Accenture: Accenture is a leading global professional services company, providing a broad range of services and solutions in strategy, consulting, digital, technology, and operations.
