Key Responsibilities Develop and lead the sales strategy to drive occupancy, revenue growth, and market share. Manage the entire sales funnel , from lead generation to deal closure, for individual, SME, and enterprise clients. Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and corporate accounts. Build and manage a high-performing sales team; set goals, monitor performance, and provide mentorship. Collaborate with the marketing team to design lead generation and demand creation initiatives. Understand client requirements and tailor space solutions that match their needs (private offices, dedicated desks, managed spaces, etc.). Negotiate lease terms, pricing, and service-level agreements (SLAs) in line with company objectives. Track key metrics such as sales pipeline, deal conversion rate, CAC, revenue per seat , and occupancy rates. Work closely with real estate and operations to ensure readiness and availability of space. Represent the brand at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings. Regularly report sales performance and forecasts to senior management. Requirements 8+ years of B2B sales experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in coworking, commercial real estate, flexible workspace, or hospitality industries preferred. Proven ability to develop strategic enterprise relationships and close large deals. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities. Deep understanding of local market dynamics and customer needs in the commercial space sector. Familiarity with CRM platforms like Salesforce, Zoho, or HubSpot.
