Job Description

Key Responsibilities CRM Strategy & Execution Design and execute CRM strategies to improve customer retention, loyalty, and upselling. Segment users (e.g., freelancers, startups, enterprises) and tailor campaigns accordingly. Manage CRM platforms like Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc. Customer Lifecycle Management Map the full customer journey from onboarding to renewal. Implement automated workflows for onboarding, engagement, feedback, and retention. Proactively address churn indicators. Campaign Management Design email, SMS, and app notification campaigns around events, promotions, or service updates. A/B test messaging and offers. Data & Insights Analyze customer data to identify behavior patterns, pain points, and opportunities. Generate reports on customer satisfaction (NPS, CSAT), churn, and engagement metrics. Collaboration & Customer Experience Work closely with sales, marketing, community managers, and operations teams. Ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints (digital and physical). Develop loyalty programs or referral systems. Tech & Tools Management Own and optimize CRM tools, integrating with booking systems, access control, helpdesk platforms, etc. Ensure GDPR or other data privacy compliance. Skills & Qualifications Understanding of CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zoho, etc.) Data-driven mindset with expertise in analytics tools (Google Analytics, Mixpanel, etc.) Experience in lifecycle marketing and customer segmentation Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Industry knowledge of real estate, hospitality, or coworking is a plus Leadership experience in managing CRM or customer experience teams Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,828.34 - ₹80,000.00 per month Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 9000951322
