Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for the Head of Sales located in Mumbai. The Head of Sales will oversee the sales strategy, manage client accounts, and lead the sales team to achieve revenue goals. Responsibilities include developing sales plans, analyzing market trends, mentoring and guiding team members, and building strong client relationships. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Account Management and Sales for building and managing customer relationships effectively.
• Expertise in Sales Management and Team Management for leading and motivating a high-performing sales team.
• Highly advanced Analytical Skills for understanding market trends and driving data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed business revenue goals in a competitive market environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Experience in cybersecurity is must.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
