You will be joining our dynamic team in the cybersecurity industry as a Telesales Executive. Your main responsibility will involve generating leads, pitching cybersecurity solutions, and closing deals over the phone. Your key responsibilities will include making outbound calls to potential clients, identifying customer needs, generating leads through various methods, maintaining a customer database, achieving sales targets, collaborating with other teams, and staying updated on cybersecurity trends and offerings. To excel in this role, you should have 1-3 years of experience in telesales or inside sales, preferably in IT or cybersecurity. Strong communication and persuasion skills are essential, along with the ability to explain technical products in simple terms, handle objections, and close sales. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is also required, along with the ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Preferred skills include knowledge of cybersecurity solutions, experience selling IT/software products, and prior experience in a B2B sales environment.
