Current traction: - 30% higher ROAS vs. human workflows - Product works, now need to scale sales THE OPPORTUNITY: We're looking for our first Head of Sales to scale revenue. This is not a "sales manager" role. This is ground floor, employee #1, build-the-sales-engine-from-scratch role. WHAT YOU'LL DO: - Own end-to-end sales (outreach → demos → closing) - Build the sales playbook from scratch - Execute high-volume outbound (emails, calls, LinkedIn) - Close 10 deals per month yourself - Scale to a team of 3-5 by Month 12 WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR: MUST-HAVES: ✅ 3-5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience ✅ Track record of 0→1 sales (built from nothing) ✅ Comfortable doing execution work (not just managing) ✅ Experience with cold outreach (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn) ✅ Self-starter mentality (you don't need hand-holding) LOCATION: Remote (anywhere, but US time preferred) Why US-based preferred? - Our customers are US agencies + DTC brands - US timezone = easier for demos (9am-5pm PT/ET) - You likely have a network in US market - You understand US buyer psychology But we're open to anyone who: - Has sold to US customers before (even if you're not US-based) - Can work US hours (or overlap 4+ hours with US timezones) - Has experience with US B2B sales culture STRONG PREFERENCE FOR: ⭐ MarTech/AdTech sales experience (Meta ads, Google ads, advertising tools) ⭐ Entrepreneur background (built your own thing before) ⭐ Founder mindset (equity-motivated > salary-motivated) ⭐ Agency sales experience (you've sold to marketing agencies) This is NOT a corporate sales job.
