🚀 HEAD OF SALES | Muze AI | Equity-Heavy Startup Opportunity


ABOUT US:

Muze AI is building an autonomous AI CMO for Meta Ads. We help agencies and e-commerce brands automate their entire ad operations - from creative generation to budget optimization.


Current traction:

- 30% higher ROAS vs. human workflows

- Product works, now need to scale sales


THE OPPORTUNITY:

We're looking for our first Head of Sales to scale revenue.


This is not a "sales manager" role. This is ground floor, employee #1, build-the-sales-engine-from-scratch role.


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

- Own end-to-end sales (outreach → demos → closing)

- Build the sales playbook from scratch

- Execute high-volume outbound (emails, calls, LinkedIn)

- Close 10 deals per month yourself

- Scale to a team of 3-5 by Month 12


WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR:


MUST-HAVES:

✅ 3-5+ years B2B SaaS sales experience

✅ Track record of 0→1 sales (built from nothing)

✅ Comfortable doing execution work (not just managing)

✅ Experience with cold outreach (Apollo, Lemlist, LinkedIn)

✅ Self-starter mentality (you don't need hand-holding)


LOCATION: Remote (anywhere, but US time preferred)


Why US-based preferred?

- Our customers are US agencies + DTC brands

- US timezone = easier for demos (9am-5pm PT/ET)

- You likely have a network in US market

- You understand US buyer psychology


But we're open to anyone who:

- Has sold to US customers before (even if you're not US-based)

- Can work US hours (or overlap 4+ hours with US timezones)

- Has experience with US B2B sales culture


STRONG PREFERENCE FOR:

⭐ MarTech/AdTech sales experience (Meta ads, Google ads, advertising tools)

⭐ Entrepreneur background (built your own thing before)

⭐ Founder mindset (equity-motivated > salary-motivated)

⭐ Agency sales experience (you've sold to marketing agencies)


This is NOT a corporate sales job. This is:

- Startup chaos (we're figuring it out as we go)

- High autonomy (you build your own process)

- Massive upside (early equity in real opportunity)

- Direct impact (your work = company success)


IDEAL CANDIDATE PROFILE:


"I've sold MarTech/SaaS before and crushed quota. I'm tired of big companies and want equity in something real. I'm okay doing the grunt work (cold calls, emails) because I know that's how you build. I want to be employee #1 and grow into VP Sales."


OR


"I tried building my own startup and learned a ton. It didn't work out but now I want to join an early-stage company with a working product and help scale it. I'll trade salary for equity and ownership."
