Job Summary:

We are seeking a results-driven Sales Professional with a minimum of 1 year of experience in selling fintech applications to join our expanding team in Raipur. This role focuses on leveraging your proven sales expertise to drive revenue growth through the promotion and sale of sophisticated fintech solutions, particularly Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and related financial technology platforms. Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of fintech applications, including Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), and other financial technology solutions.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within the fintech and financial services sectors.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at financial institutions, lending companies, and fintech organisations.
  • Conduct comprehensive product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value proposition of our fintech solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored solutions that address specific business challenges.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure seamless implementation and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and post-sale support.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management using CRM systems.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging fintech technologies.
  • Participate in industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand market presence.
  • Provide market feedback to product development teams to enhance solution offerings.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience specifically in fintech applications.
  • Demonstrable experience in selling Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or similar financial technology solutions.
  • Strong understanding of financial services industry processes and challenges.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong relationship-building and client management capabilities.
  • Ability to understand complex technical solutions and communicate their value to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Self-motivated with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with additional fintech products such as core banking systems, payment processing platforms, or risk management solutions.
  • Knowledge of regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services sector.
  • Experience in B2B software sales or enterprise solution sales.
  • Established network within the fintech and financial services industry.
  • Professional sales certifications or training.
  • Experience with consultative selling methodologies.
