About the Role This is not just a "Head of Sales & Marketing" title — this is a foundational leadership role . You’ll be the driving force behind our go-to-market engine. From designing strategy to building a team, from closing key accounts to shaping our brand voice — you will lead it all . We’re looking for someone who thrives in ownership, builds with heart, and brings both structure and hustle to the table. Key Responsibilities Develop and execute end-to-end sales and marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Build a sales pipeline by identifying, nurturing, and converting leads — from inbound to outbound. Lead client conversations, drive proposals, manage negotiations, and close high-value deals. Establish marketing playbooks — including content, performance, brand, and digital marketing. Represent Creuto at key industry events, forums, and client meetings — as the face of growth. Collaborate with the CEO and delivery team to align offerings with market demand. Hire, train, and lead a high-performing sales and marketing team as we scale. Track KPIs, manage budgets, and report on ROI across campaigns and initiatives. What We’re Looking For 4+ years of experience in B2B sales/marketing , preferably in custom software, SaaS, or IT consulting. Proven ability to build sales strategies and deliver results from scratch. A storyteller and deal-closer — equally comfortable in boardrooms and pitch decks. Strong understanding of enterprise buying behavior and software solution selling. Experience working with founders or early-stage teams is a plus.
