We’re expanding our team and looking for a Project Executive who can drive both strategic growth and operational excellence.

Role Overview

The Project Executive at Creuto will play a dual role - supporting business growth and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations across teams. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a mix of coordination, communication, analytics, and problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

Growth & Business Strategy

• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and growth channels.
• Conduct market and competitor research to support leadership decisions.
• Suggest improvements in business processes, client experience, and service offerings.
• Stay updated with industry trends and recommend innovative ideas.

Operations & Project Coordination

• Assist in managing daily operations across teams to ensure efficient workflow.
• Coordinate with development, design, and QA teams to track project progress.
• Support task assignments, follow-ups, and deadline tracking using project management tools.
• Maintain project documentation, requirement notes, and internal workflows.
• Help streamline processes to improve overall team efficiency.
• Support talent acquisition efforts by identifying hiring needs, sourcing candidates, and assisting in the recruitment process.

Client Communication & Relationship Management

• Handle client communication including emails, follow-ups, meeting coordination, and status updates.
• Participate in requirement gathering and ensure all specifications are clearly documented.
• Provide timely updates and ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams.

Product & Quality Support

• Assist in testing and reviewing software applications before delivery.
• Collaborate with the QA and development teams to report issues, track bug fixes, and ensure quality.
• Support debugging activities when needed.

Reporting & Performance Tracking

• Maintain reports, dashboards, and key performance metrics.
• Provide weekly and monthly progress updates to the leadership team.
• Track project performance and highlight risks or delays proactively.

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of software development, UI/UX workflows, and QA processes.
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp, Notion, Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle responsibility.
• Analytical mindset with interest in growth, business, and operations.
• Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,244.37 - ₹26,373.38 per month

Work Location: In person
