Role Overview

Sales & Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

Sales Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of Sales Managers to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Drive sales strategy across regions to ensure maximum revenue realization.
• Monitor and review sales performance, pipeline management, and conversion ratios.
• Build strong customer relationships and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Marketing Strategy:

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and lead generation.
• Oversee digital marketing, advertising, PR, events, and promotional activities.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
• Ensure consistency in brand messaging and positioning across all platforms.

Business Growth:

• Plan and implement strategies for market expansion and new project launches.
• Align sales and marketing initiatives with business goals and management vision.
• Work closely with CRM, Design, and Project teams to ensure end-to-end execution.

Qualifications & Skills

• MBA/PG in Marketing, Sales, or Business Administration preferred.
• 12–18 years of experience in sales & marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (real estate experience preferred).
• Proven track record of leading high-performing sales teams and achieving revenue growth.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and customer engagement.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and people management skills.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on execution ability.
