Head of Sales Marketing

You will be the Head of Sales and Marketing at a leading diagnostic and pathology service provider. Your primary responsibility will be to drive sales and marketing strategies to increase market penetration, growth, and brand presence in the healthcare industry. Working closely with the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) and the executive team, your tasks will include: - Developing and implementing sales strategies - Leading the sales team - Building relationships with healthcare providers, hospitals, and diagnostic centers - Identifying new business opportunities and untapped markets For marketing, you will: - Design and execute marketing campaigns - Oversee digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, and social media campaigns - Collaborate with design and content teams - Manage public relations to enhance the client's reputation Mentoring the sales and marketing team, providing training on industry trends, services, and sales techniques, fostering a results-driven culture, and aligning strategies with company goals are crucial aspects of your role.
