Key Responsibilities: Sales & Business Development · Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve ambitious revenue and margin targets. · Drive domestic and international business growth, managing key accounts, distributors, and global channel partners. · Explore new geographies and business opportunities across Asia, Europe, Middle East, and Americas. · Negotiate large-scale contracts with global customers and ensure long-term partnerships. Marketing, Branding & Product Positioning · Build and implement a robust marketing and branding strategy to enhance visibility in target markets. · Develop strong product positioning and differentiation strategies aligned with customer needs and industry trends. · Drive brand identity across all customer touch points—digital, trade shows, exhibitions, and corporate communication. · Conduct market and competitor research to refine brand narrative and support new product launches. International Business & Market Expansion · Formulate and execute strategies for export markets including channel development, distributor network management, and global alliances. · Ensure compliance with international business practices, trade regulations, and certifications. · Represent the company at international trade fairs, industry forums, and customer meetings . Leadership & Team Development · Lead, mentor, and energize the sales & marketing team to achieve stretch targets. · Align team objectives with overall business strategy, ensuring synergy between sales and marketing. · Drive a performance-oriented culture with clear KPIs for domestic and international growth. Qualifications and Experience: · Preferred - Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, MBA in Marketing · 15–20 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in specialty chemicals, life sciences, or related industries. · Experience in ethoxylation / speciality chemical · Exposure to pharma and food industry · Demonstrated success in international sales, branding, and product positioning . · Experience in building brands, launching products, and establishing a strong market identity. · Strong knowledge of B2B sales, export procedures, trade compliance, and digital marketing . · Hands-on experience with CRM, ERP, and digital branding tools .
