Key Outcomes / KPIs • Increase design sales by 50% by the End of the year. • Increase Execution Revenue by 100% • MAHI Vertical Package : Sell ≥ 5 packages / month consistently. • Scale Stencil Kit Growth (or similar) shipments to 50 units / month. Core responsibilities (brief) • Build, hire and coach a revenue-focused sales team. • Design and price package offers; run through A/B testing method • Drive conversions from site visit to executed projects. • Track performance against KPIs and iterate quickly. Must-have behaviours & skills • Data-driven, experimental mindset (A/B testing). • Strong closing and client-handling skills. • Ability to hire and develop A-players. • Bias to action — executes without being micromanaged. • Fast learner, creative and strategic thinker. • Committed, results-oriented and collaborative.
