Job Summary:

Head of Sales & Marketing

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
• Lead and manage the sales and marketing teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and client segments.
• Plan and execute digital and traditional marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
• Oversee lead generation, sales funnel management, and conversion optimization.
• Manage corporate branding, content marketing, and online reputation.
• Collaborate with top management to set pricing strategies and sales goals.
• Prepare periodic performance reports and forecasts.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of proven experience in Sales & Marketing leadership roles.
• Strong understanding of B2B and B2C marketing, preferably in environmental or sustainability sectors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Experience in managing digital marketing and business development initiatives.
• Ability to work strategically and manage multiple priorities effectively.
