Job Description

Sales Head

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team (including Sales Executives).
  • Develop and execute sales strategies for direct and channel partner sales.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key channel partners.
  • Oversee lead management, enquiry tracking, and conversion optimisation.
  • Conduct weekly review meetings and monitor KPIs.
  • Coordinate with marketing to align sales needs with campaign insights.
  • Drive site visits, customer engagement processes, and closure strategies.
  • Ensure timely reporting to management and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
  • Represent the company during customer meetings, CP events, and exhibitions.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of real estate sales experience (Pune residential market preferred).
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proven track record of closing high-value deals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
  • Deep understanding of channel partner ecosystem in Pune.
  • Ability to work with targets and manage pressure effectively.
