Head of Sales

As a Sales and Marketing professional, your role will focus on revenue generation through Multimedia solutions for the city/region. You will be responsible for coordinating with Programming & Marketing teams, maintaining relationships with agencies and clients, and preparing annual sales strategies. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing, implementing, and monitoring progress of yearly and monthly sales plans - Monitoring competition and devising strategies to maximize market share - Being the custodian of revenue performance and ensuring yield maximization - Identifying and implementing strategies to enhance OOH as a category with advertisers and agencies - Recommending pricing strategies/tactics for the city In terms of Business Processes, you will design and implement processes to ensure revenue bookings align with company policy and oversee timely collection of monies. People management will involve monitoring, coaching, and mentoring team members to close large value sales. Additionally, you will conceptualize monetizable opportunities and motivate the team to capitalize on them. Identifying talent and providing feedback for their development will also be crucial. You will also be required to manage internal stakeholders such as the Content Team, Finance, Scheduling, and Corporate Office. The technical skills and qualifications expected for this role include being a Post Graduate with 9-13 years of experience in Sales & Marketing from any industry. In terms of personal attributes, you should have the ability to work under pressure, possess a revenue mindset, be a risk-taker with a bias for action, and be data-oriented with the ability to understand trends and spot opportunities.
