Oversee the entire production process of flour (Maida, Sooji, Bran, Atta, etc.) ensuring quality and efficiency. Plan daily production schedules based on orders and coordinate with the dispatch and sales team. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials , manpower, and machinery. Monitor and manage milling operations, blending, and packaging processes. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and coordinate with QC/QA departments. Minimize downtime and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination with the maintenance team. Maintain daily production reports (DPR), stock records , and material consumption records. Implement and follow safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations (FSSAI, ISO, etc.). Lead and motivate the production team; train workers and supervisors on best practices. Coordinate with procurement and inventory departments to ensure raw material availability .
