Plan daily production schedules based on orders and coordinate with the dispatch and sales team. Ensure optimum utilization of raw materials , manpower, and machinery. Monitor and manage milling operations, blending, and packaging processes. Ensure adherence to quality control standards and coordinate with QC/QA departments. Minimize downtime and manage preventive and breakdown maintenance coordination with the maintenance team. Maintain daily production reports (DPR), stock records , and material consumption records. Implement and follow safety, hygiene, and compliance regulations (FSSAI, ISO, etc.). Lead and motivate the production team; train workers and supervisors on best practices. Coordinate with procurement and inventory departments to ensure raw material availability .

Collecting and labeling samples from different stages of production for analysis. Performing basic laboratory tests such as moisture, ash, gluten, and protein content. Recording and maintaining test results in lab registers and digital systems accurately. Supporting in calibration and cleaning of lab equipment as per standard procedures. Following safety and hygiene protocols in the laboratory at all times. Helping in maintaining stock of chemicals, glassware, and testing materials. Observing and learning the standard testing procedures (STP) and quality standards followed in the flour industry. Assisting in preparing daily and weekly lab reports under supervision. Coordinating with the production and packing teams to ensure quality consistency.
