Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager located in Kerala, India. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for overseeing sales operations within the assigned territory, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships. The role includes identifying new business opportunities, managing a sales team, analyzing sales data, and developing sales strategies to expand market presence.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales management, territory management, and customer relationship management
• Strong skills in sales strategy development, market analysis, and business development
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities
• Familiarity with the food industry, especially flour and snack manufacturing, is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
