Accountant- Real Estate

About the Company:

Kokate Group is a Pune-based real estate development company known for delivering premium residential projects with precision and trust. We’re looking for a skilled accountant who understands the numbers behind real estate and can manage end-to-end project accounting.

Role Overview:

As an Accountant, you’ll handle project-wise accounting, vendor payments, GST compliance, and MIS reporting. This role demands attention to detail, real estate understanding, and coordination with management and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate books of accounts in 

  Tally ERP & Zoho Books

• Handle 

  GST, TDS, RERA-related entries, and reconciliations

• Manage 

  vendor payments and expense tracking per project

• Prepare and review 

  monthly MIS and financial reports

• Coordinate with 

  CAs, management, and site teams

• Ensure all accounting entries comply with statutory regulations

Requirements:

• Education:

   B.Com / M.Com (Commerce / Accounting / Finance)

• Experience:

   3–5 years in 

  real estate or construction accounting

• Technical Skills:

   Tally ERP, GST Filing, Excel, Word, RERA familiarity, Zoho Books

• Location:

   Pune 411004 (on-site role)

• Languages:

   English, Marathi, Hindi
