Sales Executive


Key Responsibilities

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners.
  • Generate leads through CP network and direct sources.
  • Handle walk-ins, explain project details, and conduct effective site visits.
  • Maintain a structured follow-up process to convert leads.
  • Coordinate with marketing for lead flow and feedback.
  • Track daily enquiries, site visits, and conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Requirements

  • 1–4 years of sales experience (Real estate preferred).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to manage channel partners efficiently.
  • Confident, target-driven, and good at follow-ups.
  • Knowledge of Bavdhan/West Pune market is an added advantage.
