We are looking for a suitable candidate to join our team as a Senior Sales Executive for our Metoda, Rajkot (Gujarat) Unit.

Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and target-driven Sales & Marketing Executive who has hands-on experience in the kitchenware or home appliances industry. The ideal candidate should be confident, well-spoken, and capable of managing both sales and market development activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales:-

  • Develop and manage sales across general trade, modern trade, and distributor channels.
  • Work towards achieving monthly and annual sales targets.
  • Explore new markets, onboard new dealers/distributors, and expand product reach.
  • Maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and key accounts.
  • Conduct regular market visits, study competition, and understand customer needs.
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and share updates with the management team.


Marketing:-

  • Support planning and execution of product promotions and marketing activities
  • Coordinate with the internal team for brochures, branding materials, and campaigns.
  • Assist during product launches and local promotional events.
  • Oversee basic digital promotions to build brand visibility (if required).
  • Gather customer feedback and provide insights to improve product performance.


Required Skills & Qualifications:-

  • 3-5 years of experience in the kitchenware or home appliances category (mandatory).
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good understanding of retail and distribution networks.
  • Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and meet targets.
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-driven, disciplined, and energetic personality.


Additional Requirements:-

  • Willingness to travel frequently for market visits and meetings.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and customer-focused attitude.
