Job Description

The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline. You will do so by identifying key business opportunities and segmented prospects. Your goal will be to meet or exceed our annual quota and increase our revenue.

Location - Navi Mumbai & Chennai

Experience - 4-5 years

Qualification- BE/B-tech (Mechanical)/MBA


Generate leads for fabrication projects from EPC companies and other manufacturing organizations.

Promote and sell crane rails and fastening systems to ports, shipyards, steel plants, and other industrial sectors.

Develop leads and convert them into service contracts, including maintenance, refurbishment, and installation of cranes and rail fastening systems.

Conduct regular customer visits in Western states and occasional visits to other regions.

Read technical drawings and prepare detailed reports based on site visits and client meetings.

Create and deliver product and company presentations to prospective clients.

Have strong negotiation skills and coordinate effectively with customers’ technical and commercial teams.

Achieve assigned sales targets and ensure timely payment collection.
