Fourcell Energy Private Limited is a reputable solar company established in 2020, specializing in Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of solar plants. The company also offers solar consultancy and trading services. Approved by GEDA, Fourcell Energy has over 15MW of experience with projects ranging from residential and industrial plants to solar parks.


Role Description

This full-time role is based on-site in Ahmedabad. As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for leading the sales team, managing sales operations, developing and implementing sales strategies, and overseeing account management. You will also be responsible for setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, and ensuring the team's overall performance aligns with company goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales of industrial solar projects in the Ahmedabad region and surrounding markets.
  • Generate new leads, develop client relationships, and convert opportunities into successful projects.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospective industrial clients (factories, plants, warehouses, etc.).
  • Negotiate and close contracts with industrial clients, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with the technical and project execution teams to deliver seamless customer experience.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify new opportunities.
  • Provide sales forecasts, MIS reports, and regular updates to management.
  • Represent the company in client meetings, industry forums, and exhibitions.


Key Requirements:

  • Mandatory experience: Minimum 5 years in industrial solar project sales.
  • Strong knowledge of solar project lifecycle, industrial client requirements, and relevant government policies.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in the solar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
  • Strong leadership qualities to build and mentor a growing sales team.
