Role Overview

Regional Sales Heads

This is a strategic role responsible for building strong institutional relationships, expanding our customer base, and driving revenue growth for Creatrix Campus in your designated region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and deliver your assigned

    regional revenue growth strategy

    for Creatrix Campus.
  • Develop and execute

    account-based sales plans

    targeting universities, colleges, and higher education groups.
  • Build and maintain

    C-level and senior stakeholder relationships

    across academia and administration.
  • Drive

    ARR growth, new logo acquisition, and strategic regional partnerships

    .
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, needs analysis, solution presentation, proposal, negotiation, closure.
  • Collaborate with pre-sales, marketing, and product teams to

    localize offerings for regional market nuances

    .
  • Represent the company at

    regional conferences, networking events, and strategic meetings

    .
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline and

    accurate CRM forecasting

    .
  • Monitor

    regional market trends, competitor activity, and education policies

    to refine GTM strategy.
  • Provide

    regular performance and market reports

    to senior management.



Key Requirements

  • Proven track record in

    enterprise SaaS or EdTech sales

    with a higher education focus.
  • 8+ years of sales experience

    , including 3–4 years in a regional leadership role.
  • Strong

    consultative selling skills

    ; ability to navigate complex, multi-stakeholder decisions.
  • Deep understanding of

    higher education workflows and procurement cycles

    .
  • Established

    regional network in higher education leadership

    (academic + administrative).
  • Experience in

    negotiating and closing high-value, multi-year SaaS deals

    .
  • Excellent

    communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills

    .
  • Willingness to travel extensively within your assigned geography.
  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in business, marketing, or education technology preferred.

Languages

  • English fluency
