Job Title: Product Manager AI-Driven SaaS Solutions Job Description : We are looking for a visionary and execution-focused Product Manager to lead the next generation of our education technology platform. You will own multiple modules across the student lifecycle, streamline existing features, and design world-class, AI-powered SaaS products . This is a high-impact role that demands a combination of domain understanding, systems thinking, and modern product leadership. Key Responsibilities: Product Ownership & Strategy Define and drive the vision, roadmap, and execution of modular SaaS products across key higher education workflows Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals, client needs, and technical feasibility Lead requirement gathering, product discovery, and prioritization sessions Analyze product usage, industry trends, and feedback to make data-informed decisions AI-First Product Development Design and prioritize AI-driven features such as: NLP-based document processing Predictive workflows for student success Recommendation engines for advising or curriculum planning Conversational interfaces and chatbots for support Collaborate with AI engineers and solution teams to validate feasibility and build prototypes Modular, Scalable, Configurable Design Deliver configurable, low-code/no-code module architectures that reduce engineering dependency and allow flexible client setups Ensure regional compliance and localization features are built into each module (e.g., PTPTN, CAA, APEL) Work on integration architecture with third-party platforms and internal tools Execution Leadership Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, QA sign-offs, and release coordination Coordinate with internal teams (Engineering, QA, Design, BA, Support) for timely delivery Present features in client demos, internal trainings, and roadmap reviews Define success metrics and continuously iterate based on outcomes Required Skills & Qualifications: Experience 5 - 8 years of experience in Product Management, ideally in SaaS or Enterprise EdTech Demonstrated success in owning modular products or complex platforms Prior experience working on AI-enabled products or integrating AI tools into product workflows Technical & Product Fluency Deep understanding of student lifecycle systems (admissions, curriculum, graduation, etc.) Strong grasp of APIs, data models, microservices, and cloud architectures Familiar with AI technologies and frameworks (OCR, LLMs, embeddings, recommender systems) Ability to collaborate with engineers, architects, and AI teams on implementation design Product Design & Execution Proficient in writing PRDs, user stories, and product specs Experienced in Agile/Scrum methodology and sprint lifecycle Strong eye for UX/UI and usability across diverse user groups Hands-on with tools like Jira, Confluence, Figma, Notion, Miro, and Creatrix PMIS Analytical & Communication Strong analytical skills with ability to use data for feature validation Clear communicator can present product decisions to executives and clients alike Highly collaborative across departments, time zones, and cultural contexts Nice to Have: Experience in higher education accreditation or compliance workflows Exposure to no-code platforms or platform-as-a-service products Any AI certifications or hands-on project experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, or model design
