Role Overview

Business Development & Sales Head

senior, high-impact role


Key Responsibilities

  • Client Re-engagement:

    Activate and grow relationships with legacy Ebani Advertising clients as we relaunch our advertising function.
  • Mall Monetization:

    Drive client onboarding and ad sales on our

    Odeon Mall Digital Screens

    , India’s first “Smart Mall” deployment.
  • DOOH Sales:

    Lead sales for our

    dynamic digital totems, standees, and LED screens

    across retail, hospitality, healthcare, education, automotive, BFSI, and other sectors.
  • Strategic Partnerships:

    Empanel Ebani as the

    preferred national partner

    for digital screen solutions across large brands, agencies, and institutions – in India and globally.
  • Revenue Ownership:

    Own end-to-end revenue generation, including forecasting, pipeline management, deal closure, and P&L contribution.
  • Team Leadership:

    Build and manage a

    high-performing sales & BD team

    , fostering a culture of accountability and growth.
  • Market Intelligence:

    Analyse industry trends, competition, and customer needs to refine sales strategies and product positioning.
  • Collaboration:

    Work with product, marketing, and creative teams to align client solutions with innovation and delivery excellence.


Qualifications & Experience

  • 10+ years

    of business development / sales experience in

    DOOH, media, advertising, or digital tech solutions

    .
  • Strong

    existing client and agency network

    with a proven record of large-scale deal closures.
  • Prior experience in

    DOOH / digital signage

    is highly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success in

    building and leading sales teams

    .
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Strategic thinker with an entrepreneurial mindset.
