About the Role


We’re an AdTech company building the future of retail experiences and advertising, and are looking for a results-obsessed Performance Marketer / Digital Marketing Manager to turbo-charge our growth engine. If you live and breathe CPCs, ROAS, and funnel optimisation—and love turning data into dazzling revenue—this role is for you.


Key Responsibilities


  • Own the paid-media stack – plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, programmatic, and emerging channels.
  • Scale what works – run rapid A/B & multivariate tests on ad copy, creative, landing pages, and audiences to drive continual uplift in CAC:LTV.
  • Full-funnel analytics – build dashboards, track attribution (GA4 / Mixpanel), and translate insights into actionable growth levers.
  • Collaboration powerhouse – work hand-in-hand with design, content, product, and sales to craft integrated campaigns that hit pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Budget & forecast – own monthly and quarterly spend plans, ensuring every rupee delivers outsized ROI.
  • Lifecycle marketing – design and execute nurture sequences (email, WhatsApp, push) that convert prospects and retain customers.
  • Stay ahead of the curve – monitor industry trends, algorithm updates, and competitor activity to keep our campaigns cutting-edge.


Requirements


  • 3+ years’ proven success in performance marketing or digital growth roles (agency or high-growth start-up preferred).
  • Demonstrated mastery of paid-media platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; bonus points for Amazon ads experience.
  • Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution modelling.
  • Track record of hitting aggressive CPA / ROAS targets.
  • Solid understanding of landing-page CRO, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation (HubSpot / Klaviyo / MoEngage).
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
  • Stellar communication and stakeholder-management skills.


Nice to Have


  • Experience scaling B2B SaaS or AdTech products.
  • Certification(s): Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot, or similar.
  • Familiarity with no-code tools (Webflow, Zapier) for rapid experiment deployment.
  • Knowledge of creative strategy for performance ads (hook frameworks, thumb-stopper videos).
