Requirements 3+ years’ proven success in performance marketing or digital growth roles (agency or high-growth start-up preferred). Demonstrated mastery of paid-media platforms: Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube), Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager; bonus points for Amazon ads experience. Strong command of GA4, Tag Manager, Data Studio/Looker, Excel/Sheets, and attribution modelling. Track record of hitting aggressive CPA / ROAS targets. Solid understanding of landing-page CRO, SEO fundamentals, and marketing automation (HubSpot / Klaviyo / MoEngage). Comfortable working in a fast-paced, test-and-learn environment with tight deadlines and shifting priorities. Stellar communication and stakeholder-management skills.
