Position Overview


We are seeking a Customer Success Executive (Telecaller) with a minimum of 1 year of proven experience in tele-sales to join our dynamic, fast-growing team. The role involves lead generation, client outreach, and business development through effective communication and relationship building.

You will be responsible for connecting with potential clients, understanding their business needs, and presenting Ebani Tech’s intelligent marketing solutions — including Digitopia Smart Totem Screens, LED Screens, Digital Standees, and Salon CRM platforms.

The ideal candidate is an articulate communicator with strong persuasive abilities, a proactive mindset, and a genuine passion for sales and technology. You’ll collaborate closely with our sales and marketing teams to convert leads into long-term partnerships, ensuring every interaction embodies Ebani Tech’s values of innovation, excellence, and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Reach out to potential clients and partners via calls, emails, and other channels.
  • Assist the marketing team in lead generation and client engagement activities.
  • Gather client requirements and share insights with the business development team.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups in CRM tools.
  • Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Represent Ebani Tech professionally in all communications.


Requirements

  • Fluent in Hindi, English, and Telugu.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.


Advantages / Additional Skills

  • Knowledge of LED screens, totems, and digital display technologies.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Prior experience in customer engagement, sales, or marketing support.
  • Understanding of franchise-level or multi-location client handling.
