Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and result-driven Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing initiatives and drive quality leads for our counselors.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and oversee all aspects of our digital marketing department including databases, advertising, and campaigns.
Develop, plan, and monitor campaign budgets effectively.
Guide the digital marketing team and assign quality leads to counselors.
Manage and grow our social media platforms.
Prepare accurate reports on marketing campaign performance.
Coordinate with advertising and media partners to maximize results.
Identify emerging trends and technologies relevant to the study abroad industry.
Evaluate key metrics such as website traffic, service inquiries, and target audience engagement.
Implement innovative growth strategies to increase lead generation and conversions.
Oversee and manage all digital projects end-to-end.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing (SEO, SMM, Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.).
Strong knowledge of campaign planning, execution, and reporting.
Good leadership and team management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
