We’re looking for a Concept & Content Associate, a thinker, a doer, who can dream, drive, and deliver. Who can write an idea down and bring it alive. Someone who doesn’t just sit and write decks but builds ideas that can be felt, walked through, and lived. What will you do? Think up : Come up with fresh, relevant, striking event concepts based on client briefs (or sometimes, no brief at all). Write it down : Craft narratives, themes, formats, scripts, and pitch documents that don’t sound like copy-paste. Build the deck : You’ll shape the pitch – from the big idea to the flow, visual mood, and presentation. Collaborate : Sit with designers, explain your thought, build together, and bring the idea to life – visually and experientially. Be present : Join brainstorms, pitch your ideas, hold your ground. We’re looking for someone who listens but also speaks up. Adapt & deliver : Different events need different voices – corporate, cool, quirky, formal, fun. You should be able to switch gears with ease. What are we looking for? 4+ years of experience in the event/brand/experiential/content space Exposure to the events, experiential marketing , advertising, or brand communication space Someone who understands events – not just writing, but the flow, the feel, the format Strong writing skills (Yes, real writing. AI prompts and word salads can come in later.) Visual imagination – you should be able to see the event as you write it Good communication – because pitching is as important as ideating Someone who can work under pressure (or at least stay calm and try!) A team player who isn’t afraid to fight for their idea if they believe in it A keen observer, a good listener, and someone who isn’t stuck in templates Experience in building narratives and storytelling across different event formats (launches, IPs, conferences, brand activations, etc.) PowerPoint / Keynote – your main canvas for building decks Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets) – for collaboration and writing Basic design tools like Canva or Figma are a plus (for quick mock-ups or mood boards) Bonus if you... Exposure to AI tools like ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc. is a bonus, but only if used to sharpen , not replace your originality Familiarity with industry research, cultural trend tracking, and brainstorming techniques Bonus: If you’ve dabbled with scripting, storytelling, branding or digital content formats What’s it like to work at EUR?
