Client Services Manager

You are a Client Servicing Manager / Assistant Manager based in Bengaluru, employed full-time at Event U Rox (EUR), a well-established corporate event management and experiential marketing agency with over 14 years of experience and a successful track record of delivering 3,000+ events in India and globally. Your role involves managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acquiring new clients to drive business growth. Your main responsibilities include serving as the primary contact for clients, understanding their needs, building lasting relationships, managing client expectations, resolving issues, and ensuring repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new corporate clients, pitching services to decision-makers, achieving sales targets, maintaining a client pipeline, and overseeing project execution. To excel in this role, you must possess strong client relationship management skills, effective communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities, a proven sales track record in corporate events or experiential marketing, and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. A creative problem-solving approach, attention to detail, and proficiency in MS Office tools are essential. Ideally, you should hold a degree in Marketing, Business, or Mass Communication and have at least 4 years of experience in client servicing and business development in the event management, advertising, or experiential marketing industry.
