🔹 Role Overview

Senior Business Development Manager


🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, pitch, and convert new business opportunities across corporate clients, agencies, and brand teams 
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for event solutions, activations, and brand experiences 
  • Lead RFPs and proposals with concept, costings, and execution strategy in collaboration with internal creative & ops teams 
  • Forge long-term strategic relationships with CXOs, CMOs, HR heads, and marketing decision-makers 
  • Analyze market trends to position EUR’s services effectively and stay ahead of competition 
  • Upsell and cross-sell to existing clients across verticals like MICE, employee engagement, brand activations, and product launches 
  • Work closely with conceptual, content, and operations teams to deliver integrated event experiences 
  • Represent EUR at networking forums, trade shows, and industry events 
  • Ensure targets and KPIs are met consistently 


🔹 Requirements

  • 6–12 years of proven business development or sales experience in event management / experiential marketing 
  • Strong network of corporate contacts (especially in HR, marketing, admin, procurement verticals) 
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
  • Hands-on with pitching, solution selling, and storytelling 
  • Strategic thinker with a growth-driven mindset 
  • Team player who can collaborate across departments (concept, design, ops, content) 
  • Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple accounts simultaneously 
  • Willingness to travel as per client or event requirements 


🔹 Preferred Backgrounds

  • Prior experience in agencies specializing in events, brand activations, experiential marketing, or MICE 
  • Exposure to industries like IT, BFSI, FMCG, or Manufacturing from a B2B solutioning side
