Client Services Manager

As a Client/Account Services Manager at Mindspan, your role will be crucial in ensuring the smooth running of client work across various industries. You will be responsible for maintaining client dashboards, coordinating internal capacity planning, managing project flow charts, scheduling external resources, and facilitating clear communication between the agency's creative department and clients. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously will be key in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain 10+ client dashboards to ensure all deliverables, timelines, and statuses are current and accurate - Oversee Mindspan's internal dashboard, coordinating internal capacity planning and scheduling - Create and manage project flow chart, ensuring follow-through and completion with internal teams and external partners - Schedule external resources (design, development, video, etc.), ensuring alignment and availability with project needs - Act as a bridge between the agency's creative department and clients, keeping communication clear, consistent, and proactive - Flag risks, delays, or resourcing issues early to maintain accountability and transparency - Support leadership in ensuring projects stay within scope and budget by keeping dashboards and project flow chart precise - Help refine internal processes to improve dashboard usage, project flow, and resource scheduling efficiency Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in account or project management; branding, PR, web, or marketing agency experience is a plus - Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills - Practical, reliable, wise, and execution-focused with low ego - Comfortable with a collaborative, layered management style and able to work across multiple client teams - Tech-savvy, with working knowledge of MS Office suites/CRM/AI tools - Culturally aligned: socially and lifestyle-balanced, collaborative, and grounded Please note that this is a full-time position based in Chandigarh, with 6 days working schedule (last Saturday will be a holiday).
