Brand Experience (Junior-Mid) Designer -India Position Overview: The Brand Experience Designer is creative, positive, flexible, willing to take risks and roll up their sleeves to deliver exceptional work. As a member of a collaborative team, you’ll work in tandem with the interior design team to create cohesive, thoughtful environments. You’ll need to be a confident project leader, a resourceful problem-solver and being a strong team player is critical. You will be a key player on the BEx team leading the project team and clients to meet and exceed project goals. It will be your job to utilize your design experience to develop branding, identity, environmental and experiential assets that capture the essence of the overall project narrative. Primary Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the planning and delivery of the brand experience work on projects from concept through install and able to align brand experience deliverables with overall project process Lead clients through the project process as the BEx main point-of-contact while aligning with the interior/architectural design team to ensure that the experience aligns with the overall project vision and goals Collaborate with the BEx team to conceptualize various components of the projects touch points as well as design the deliverables that are required to convey the desired message Mentor, guide and inspire designers to be and do their best and exceed expectations Interpret client requirements into creatively designed and customized work and graphics Keep up to date on latest trends as well as design inspirations and innovations. Generate conceptual designs using a variety of graphic techniques, including hand-drawn and computer-generated visuals Excellent typography and composition skills Excellent production-ready art working skills for environmental graphic, signage, wayfinding design, etc. Work with brand experience team to prepare design documentation and pitches for new and existing clients Work with project leaders to maintain project schedules with appropriate deliverables Oversee the design intent and provide detailing support for construction documentation and construction of projects Work with BEx team for quality control on all final deliverables Job Requirements: As a Brand Experience Designer, you are an experienced, out-of-the-box thinker, with a knack for delivering awe-inspiring designs. You are a natural-born storyteller that can develop new concepts and inspire those working with you. Never turning away from getting your hands dirty, you are continuously learning to appreciate the value in others, you have a natural flame, with a passion and positivity that raises excitement in people around you. You are a leader and a natural-born mentor always striving to lift others around you through education of the process and craft. Qualifications & Key Competencies: 4+ years of experience working within an advertising agency, creative studio, an in-house marketing team or media organization workplace/ interior graphic design, branding, visual identity design or architecture. Prior experience into Branding / Environmental Graphics & Signage / Experiential Design Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture or another related field preferred. Proficiency in the latest graphic design software required (PS, Illustrator, Figma, SketchUp, InDesign, etc.) Strong understanding of steps necessary to take a project from concept to launch and ability to lead a team through the process. Ability to work in an agile, dynamic work environment. Excellent time and project management skills to be able to meet project deadlines. Excellent eye as a designer with a broad awareness of trends in design. Creative ideas and a love for the craft of design in all forms. Experience with print production, fabrication, vendor coordination, site installation and punch listing. Experience in branding for hospitality or retail environment is a plus. Construction Manager -Chennai M Moser Associates India, an award-winning and pioneer in workplace interior design/architecture sector, we are expanding and looking for skilled Construction Manager to join our diverse team in India. You will work closely with our Project Leaders to deliver transformative workplace projects in India. As a Construction Manager, you will work closely and collectively with the project team on all project phases, from tender to construction till project completion. General Responsibilities: Manage and oversee construction sites for both new construction and remodel projects, coordinating site activities and assuring that all disciplines directly involved in the project are in phase with the project goals and objectives. Meet potential clients to enquire and understand client’s needs. Coordinate ID layout plans with M&E services, IT requirements and AV equipment requirement, prepare projects schedule and quotation to clients and assist in submitting tender for the projects to clients. Manage local authority submission to the relevant authorities, including preparing submission to inspection till full CCC approval is granted. Overseeing all onsite and offsite construction works and ensure in compliance with Building Codes and Safety Regulations. Work closely with internal team (Contract and Design) and subcontractors to ensure the projects are timely delivery in excellent quality workmanship and outcome. Proactively identify, mitigate, and track recurring construction issues. Liaise with 3rd party consultants such as architects, engineers, and other specialists working on the project. Attend coordination and progress meetings; make regular trips to sites during construction including bid walks, preconstruction walks, in-progress site visits, punch walks, and construction closeout Capable to work independently on multi projects and excellent in problem solving on construction sites. Assist Contract team in preparation of project budget and supply chain schedule. Able to lead and be the chairperson for project weekly meeting in Client Consultant Meeting and Trade Contractor Meeting. Overseeing and directing construction project from conception to completion, manage to dedicate detail from concept design into construction method. Capable to prepare detail constructions schedule in Microsoft Project, reviewing the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and control project budget. Ensuring the construction is carries out in accordance to the targeted timeline and budget. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in Interior project management, construction or equivalent. Experience and Competent in hand sketch of Construction detailing Able to interpret drawing plans and familiar with local building and safety regulations. (UBBL) Experience in leading and managing multiple projects within tight datelines Excellent project and leadership skills Competent in conflict and Risk management and Health & Safety management. Self-motivated, positive working attitude with high level of professionalism and integrity Min 3-5 year working experience in managing construction site Able to use Microsoft Project, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
