Position- Head of Operations

Role Overview:

TAHPI’s India operations is seeking for an operations manager to oversee strategic planning, business development, project delivery, and cross-regional coordination. The role is responsible for team leadership, design excellence, client management, and maintaining operational efficiency, while aligning with the standards and goals of TAHPI’s international offices (Dubai, Sydney).

Reporting Relationship:

Qualifications:

• Master's/ bachelor’s degree in architecture from a reputed University/College
• Council of Architecture registered
• 15+ years of experience in Architecture, with a strong portfolio in Healthcare Projects
• Prior experience in leadership or senior management roles within architecture firms

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management capabilities
• Strategic thinking and proven business development expertise
• Extensive experience in healthcare architectural design, planning and project management
• Proficiency in Revit (Mandatory) & AutoCAD with strong technical understanding of international documentation standards
• Experience working with multidisciplinary teams across different geographies
• Knowledge of Indian and International building codes and healthcare regulations
• Strong verbal and written communication and client presentation skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and graphic software like Photoshop, Illustrator, SketchUp, and InDesign graphic software preferred
• Ability to lead complex and high-value projects from inception to completion
• Understanding of allied engineering disciplines such as Civil, MEP, Structural, etc.
