Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Operations, located in Thiruvananthapuram Taluk. The Head of Operations will oversee and streamline organizational processes, ensure effective performance management, and implement strategic initiatives to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include managing budgets, analyzing operational metrics, leading team efforts, and maintaining communication across departments. The role requires collaborating with leadership to optimize operational efficiency and ensure the organization meets its objectives.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Operations Management and the ability to streamline business processes effectively
• Strong Analytical and Strategic thinking to monitor performance and manage Operations activities efficiently
• Demonstrated ability in Team Management and effective leadership to guide and motivate diverse teams
• Excellent Communication skills for fostering collaboration and ensuring transparency across departments
• Strategic thinking, problem-solving capabilities, and the ability to adapt to changing business needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (Master’s degree or equivalent experience is a plus)
• Experience in the education or training industry is advantageous
