Role Overview

Head of Marketing

The ideal candidate is someone who can build emotionally resonant brands while driving measurable growth across digital, offline, and lifecycle channels. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams—including product, e-commerce, retail, and design—to ensure a cohesive and impactful brand presence across all customer touchpoints.


Title - Head of Marketing


1. Brand & Creative Strategy

● Define and evolve brand positioning, narrative, and identity across all customer touchpoints.

● Lead integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, ATL, influencer, and retail).

● Manage in-house and external creative teams to ensure consistent brand storytelling.

● Own tone of voice, visual systems, packaging inputs, and campaign aesthetics.


2. Performance & Digital Growth

● Own digital acquisition across paid channels (Google, Meta, YouTube, Affiliates, etc.).

● Drive efficiency in customer acquisition (CAC, ROAS, LTV) through continuous optimization.

● Partner with analytics and product teams to improve funnel performance and AOV.


3. CRM & Customer Lifecycle

● Design and implement lifecycle marketing strategies across email, WhatsApp, and push.

● Own repeat, retention, and customer engagement metrics.

● Leverage data and segmentation to create personalized communication and drive loyalty.


4. Omnichannel & Retail Marketing

● Develop marketing plans for offline formats including stores, pop-ups, and events.

● Drive regional and city-specific campaigns to boost footfalls and brand visibility.

● Collaborate with retail ops and city teams to localize brand activation efforts.


5. Consumer Experience & Insights

● Improve end-to-end customer journey—online and offline.

● Identify friction points and work with cross-functional teams for resolution.

● Build consumer feedback loops and integrate insights into product and brand decisions.


6. Team Leadership & Collaboration

● Foster a culture of experimentation, creativity, ownership, and continuous learning.

● Collaborate with leadership and other functions to align on business and brand goals.


Required Skills & Experience

● 10+ years of experience leading a digital first brand from scratch

● Experience in premium consumer sectors such as beauty, lifestyle, personal care, fashion,wellness, or D2C.

● Strong grasp of marketing analytics, customer funnels, and digital performance metrics.

● Proven ability to scale brands with both creative flair and commercial impact.

● Strong leadership and team-building skills with experience managing large, creative teams.

● Excellent communication skills, creative judgment, and commercial thinking.
