Join us in building the future of Cirrus. We’re looking for a Marketing Head who can lead our growth efforts, shape our brand, and drive campaigns that convert. If you thrive on strategy, storytelling, and scale — we want to talk to you. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications and public relations in line with our objectives. What You'll Own: Measure marketing program effectiveness and KPIs to drive continuous improvement in strategy and output Building and mentoring a high-performance marketing team Driving user acquisition and retention through data-backed strategies Owning end-to-end execution of campaigns across channels Collaborating with product, sales & leadership teams to align vision Oversee marketing expenses and resources including relationships with external vendors and advertising and media firms What We’re Looking For: 5+ years in marketing leadership roles (B2C/B2B SaaS preferred) Proven success in scaling startups or tech-first brands Hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, and content Strong creative and analytical chops Excellent storytelling and team-building skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Excellent multitasking and project management skills Show more Show less
