About the Role:

HR Head

Key Responsibilities:

• Compliance & Legal:

• Ensure 100% compliance with all statutory regulations applicable to construction projects – including CLRA, BOCW, PF, ESIC, Factory Act, etc.
• Coordinate with government authorities, attend inspections, and manage audits.
• Maintain accurate documentation and timely submission of returns and reports.

• Site HR Operations & Labor Management:

• Conduct

  regular visits to construction/project sites

  to monitor on-ground HR practices and ensure legal and organizational standards are met.
• Supervise contractor workforce compliance, wage payments, and grievance handling.
• Manage onboarding, attendance, and welfare programs at the site level.

• Policy Implementation & Standardization:

• Develop and implement standardized HR policies and SOPs across sites.
• Ensure consistency in labor management and documentation across all project locations.

• Manpower Planning & Coordination:

• Collaborate with Project Heads and Site Managers for manpower forecasting and timely deployment.
• Oversee vendor/contractor HR coordination and compliance.

• Team Management & Reporting:

• Lead and mentor the HR team across corporate and site locations.
• Generate periodic compliance and HR performance reports for senior management.



Key Requirements:

• Education:

  MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent qualification.

• Experience:

  Minimum 12+ years in HR with at least

  5 years in the construction/infrastructure sector

• Must be willing to travel extensively for

  regular site visits

• Strong expertise in labor laws, contractor management, statutory compliance, and government liaison.
• Ability to manage multi-site operations and large-scale blue-collar workforce.
